Testers' Ratings

True to form, it is the most efficient twin tip from freestyle to freeride. The presses are still as stable and controlled and the pop remains legendary.

Which board can boast longevity comparable to that of the Skate Banana? This model, which has been unmissable since it was created, remains at the forefront and wins yet another Ace! Its profile is based on a very pronounced rocker in the centre, with just a bit of camber underfoot; it initiated this trend and continues to prove its relevance. One reason is that it combines stability in the centre with an ultra-vigorous pop tip, delivering a controlled and aerial ollie. It is fast and pivoting in all freestyle manoeuvres, with guaranteed direct but easy reactions. It handles intuitively in balanced two-foot presses, but you can also dissociate the presses, making it possible to fully exploit its rich handling, close to that of an all-mountain board. This makes it a universal board that can suit everyone and cover such a wide programme from freestyle to freeride.
