Testers' Ratings

The exceptional on-snow contact of this do-it-all board makes it extremely trustworthy and smooth in edge-to-edge. It remains punchy at high speed, giving optimum confidence in freeride.

The Coda is still the most versatile freeride board in the Arbor line. This Coda rocker version is very similar to its cambered sister, with a slightly more playful and accessible feel. At the same time, it’s retained Coda’s main virtues: excellent absorption of the terrain and incredible smoothness. The reverse camber underfoot – Griptech – works like a charm: edge support is impressive, yet without aggression, ensuring on-snow contact along the whole length of the sidecut. In medium-radius turns, you just need to position the nose and it curves all on its own. The fantastic rebound at the end of turns shows that the rocker doesn’t affect its carving qualities in any way at all! At the same time, it makes the board easier to handle, and its effortless and dynamic ollie adds a welcome touch of freestyle. This perfectly tops off the comfort and on-snow contact we expect from a truly versatile freeride: once again, it’s Arbor at its very best.
